It’s true that custom stickers are easy to use, effective at branding and marketing a business, versatile and very durable.
Yet we’ve noticed that despite all of that the thing customers seem to like most about ordering custom stickers is how relatively cheap they can be.
Depending on the type and number of stickers you’re ordering, they may cost as little as $0.26 per sticker!

HOW MANY CUSTOM STICKERS ARE YOU ORDERING?
Custom stickers are often bought in bulk since they’re usually used for things like package labels and other types of promotional branding.
However another benefit of buying them in bulk is to save on costs.
For example, if you were to compare an order of 500 3x3 custom vinyl logo stickers, those would be cheaper per sticker ($0.63/per sticker) than 100 of the same size and material ($1.74/sticker).
When in doubt, purchase more stickers than you think you might need because they have a very long shelf life and you’ll save money in the long run.
HOW BIG DO YOU NEED YOUR CUSTOM STICKERS?
The size of stickers can have a major impact on cost.
The smaller the sticker the more stickers that can fit on each sheet or roll and the faster sticker printing can be done.
On the flip side, printing larger stickers requires more material, ink and energy which will increase costs.
For example if you’re ordering 500 die cut stickers for your company logo to giveaway as swag, having them printed at 4x4 can cost around $1.05 per sticker compared to $0.35 per sticker If they’re being printed at 2x2.
Obviously the higher price of printing larger stickers can often be worth it to properly show off your brand, but it’s good to know how sticker size can have an influence on the bottom line.

Let’s illustrate how special sticker styles can have an impact on cost with an apples to apples comparison.
A sticker order with the same size (i.e. 4x3) and quantity (i.e. 1,000) selections would cost approximate these amounts for different custom sticker styles:
- Vinyl stickers: $0.61
- Holographic stickers: $0.79
- Clear stickers: $0.61
- Glow in the dark stickers: $1.32

Design time.
If you have your business logo (or whatever design you’d like to convert into a sticker) ready to go, you will save some costs by reducing or even skipping the design time.
