HOW TO INSTALL LAWN SIGNS
When used properly, lawn signs can be incredibly effective at marketing a business, spreading a political message or celebrating a birthday or graduation.
To help make sure your lawn signs are achieving their full potential it’s important that they get set up and installed properly.
To help with that, we have put together this handy dandy how to article and video which provides step by step instructions.
YOU WILL NEED:
- At least 1 coroplast yard sign
- At least 1 H frame wire step stake
- An area of grass
1\ MARK WHERE THE STEP STAKE WILL BE SECURED INTO THE YARD SIGN
A\ With your lawn sign upside down so you can see the bottom, line up the step stake so it’s approximately centered on the sign.
B\ Without bending the step stake, line up the rods to the nearest flutes (holes).
C\ Using a writing tool, mark which holes each rod of the step stake will go into.
2\ INSERT STEP STAKE INTO LAWN SIGN
A\ Using the holes you marked off in step #1 above as guides, instead each rod of the step stake into their respective holes.
B\ “Walk” it in by nudging each side in, back and fourth, until the rods are inserted up until the first horizontal rod is reached.
3\ STICK THE LAWN SIGN INTO GRASS
A\ Find a good spot to place your lawn sign.
B\ Tap in each end of the step stake with your foot (get it? STEP STAKE!), back and fourth, until it’s deep and secure.
VOILA! Your cost-effective roadside marketing tool is now in action!
There you have it! Setting up your lawn sign is as simple as that.
